About the Project

SDS has been implementing a Broiler Poultry project with The World Bank funded BKBDP (Bihar Kosi Basin Development Program) in 5 districts of Kosi region of Bihar (Saharsa, Supaul, Araria, Purnia, Madhepura) since 2021. SDS has promoted 5 FPCs in the said districts & has been able to achieve a wonderful feat of turning around the capital 15 times in a financial year. There is a wonderful team working at the FPC which has been able to achieve the feat.

Job Description

• Managing information systems: Ensuring data integrity, optimizing information flows, and supporting strategic business decisions

• Providing technical support: Addressing issues with hardware and software systems, and offering remote tech support and troubleshooting

• Developing and implementing systems: Developing and implementing systems for project requirements

• Training staff: Training staff on systems and databases

• Generating reports: Generating reports and providing insights and analytics to stakeholders

• Document the best practices & activities of the project

• New business opportunity exploration & development

• Extension handhold support to the FPO team

 

Qualifications: BTech/BE (MTech or BTech with management background shall be preferred)

 

Work Experience: 5 years min. Local work experience shall be preferred.

 

Skills: Various Databases, Integration of Databases & info flow, Communciation b/w various systems of database & info gathering, Project Management, Documentation & communication skills, Self motivation, ability to work unsupervised, Team Management, Business Development

Compensation: upto 8.5 LPA (commensurate with the qualification & Experience)
