Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiences Associate IT to join our dynamic and creative team. As a Associate IT, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

​

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring all designs adhere to brand consistency and standards

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Working with project managers, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales

  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, logos, and website UI and UX

  • Design & Develop Website In CMS and basic knowledge of HTML & CSS will be preferred

  • Design books and publications

  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required

  • Develop persuasive and captivating content that aligns with the organization's mission and values.

 

Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design or Bachelor/Masters in fine art, BCA, MCA with 2 years of experience in NGO, Media & Advertisement agency

 

Other requirement:

  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity

  • Experience and knowledge working in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress, WIX and InDesign

  • Sound knowledge and skill working on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Excellent knowledge of multiple designer platforms for website, newsletter, etc.

  • Exceptional creativity and innovation

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

  • Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines

Work Ex: Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.

​

Compensation: Rs 24160/-
