Job Location: Sonitpur (Pub Chaiduar & Behali); Udalguri (Bechimari & Kalaigaon); Lakhimpur (Narayanpur)

Job Description (CEO)

  • Leading the FPO Management and Agriculture extension support to the FPOs.

  • Managing day-to-day affairs of the FPOs.

  • Assisting FPOs in business planning of both input and output marketing.

  • Coordinating with FPO staffs and internal resources.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Coordination with the BoDs about the different deliverables of the FPOs, ensuring timely completion.

  • Report and escalate to the management, as needed.


Job Description (Accountant)

  • Recording daily business transactions of FPO in accounting Responsibility software
    Inventory Management

  • Prepare financial records for Auditing. Manage Compliances Pertaining to TAX and RoC.

  • Ensure proper & timely raising of invoices for all purchases & sales

  • Ensure transparency in all financial transactions.

  • Implementation of audit and financial controls.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:- CEO: Bachelor Degree inAgriculture/Fisheries/ Agri-Business/ Business Management/ similar, AccountantB.Com

Work Experience:-  CEO: Minimum 2 Years relevant experience in relevant organization, Accountant: 0 - 1 Year.

Personal Attributes: Team Player, able to work unsupervised, Self motivated, time bound delivery

Compensation:-  CEO: Rs. 25,000/- per month , Accountant: Rs. 10,000/- per month

Post : FPO Coordinator

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Job Location: Guwahati (Assam) / Agartala (Tripura)

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) for development of their business and other related works. 

  • Awareness generation & mobilization of farmer in FPOs and capacity building

  • Prepare business plan and support FPO to implement the same

  • Building linkages with the stakeholders relevant to FPO ecosystem

  • Market linkages of FPO

  • System setting to accounts/HR & marketing

  • Collection of data & prepare MIS

  • Prepare reports & convergence with departments

  • Any other responsibilities may be deemed necessary for the role

Qualification :MSW , Masters in Rural Development, MBA,  B.Sc. in Agriculture, B.Sc. (IT), BCA.

Work Experience:  Minimum 3 years in one or more of the following fields: marketing, community mobilization,

training on MIS, or livelihood promotion.

Job Location: Agartala, Tripura

Job Responsibility

  • Planning, monitoring, achievement of targets and Strategic Guidance to activities related to community mobilization and institution building intervention in the project

  • Anchoring the strategy for community mobilization as well as building viable community institutions for the poor at Village, GP, Block level, District, State level.

  • Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of all institutional building activities.

  • Work closely with the team and provide technical inputs in designing CB plans for different levels of institutions.

  • Development and capacity building of Villages SHGs, village level organizations, cluster level federations and other community institutions

  • Supervise and review the functioning of Village SHGs, village level cooperatives, federations and other community institutions

  • Regular Reporting as per the set protocols 

  • Prepare plan and strategy for implementation of capacity building component through DMMUs & BMMUs & various other units

  • Preparation of Annual Training Calendar with budget estimates.

  • Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of all training activities.

  • Coordinate all logistics and requirements for all thematic training events and exposure organized for project staff and community members.

  • Developing a database of Resource Persons for various areas of capacity building.

  • Assist the State Resource Cell (SRC) in Training Needs Assessments activities for project staff as well as communities.

  • Coordinate with SRC in designing and developing Training Manuals.

  • Any other task assigned by the management

Qualification : PG -Rural Development / MBA or equivalent from institute of repute in India or Abroad

Work Experience:  Minimum 10  years. Experience in IBCB (Promotion of SHG/VO/CLF and PG/FPCs) shall  be preferred
