Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Rural Development/ Social Work/Business Management/Agribusiness/Agriculture/ Fishery from a recognized University or institute.  Preference will be given to candidates having postgraduate qualifications along with relevant experience.

Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in community mobilization in the agriculture or fishery sector, should have experience in promotion of FPO will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Community Mobilization.

2. Conduct survey

3. Training and Capacity building of the community.

4. Timely delivery the assigned activity.

5. Facilitate capacity building training to the farmers.

6. Effective communication with relevant stakeholders

7. Timely and effective reporting.

8. Proper monitoring of PoP adoption by the farmers.

9. Farmer wise activity tracking & data updating.

10. Market linkages and enhance business.

11. Any other task assigned by the reporting officer

 

Remuneration: Negotiable
