Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Executive to join our team. The Communication Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's communication efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead efforts to maintain a consistent brand image while maximizing the potential of various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively convey the organization's purpose and its diverse initiatives through a range of mediums across the stakeholder network.

  • Oversee comprehensive communications spanning the organization and collaborate with programs to outline key messages, and formulate, and implement communication materials such as articles, reports, digital content, press coverage, newsletters, case studies, and presentations.

  • Create detailed process documents for all verticals and functions

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to establish standardized reporting templates, ensuring consistency in presentation and content across projects.

  • Act as a link between various departments, aligning internal communications, media interactions, and stakeholder engagements to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines for reports, documents, and presentations.

  • Review and edit reports, documents, and presentations to ensure language accuracy, grammatical correctness, and adherence to established brand guidelines.

  • Provide guidance to team members on effective writing techniques and standards.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the organization's digital presence across social networks and digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Blogspot.

  • Implement best practices for engaging and growing the audience through consistent and impactful communication.

  • Leverage existing tools, resources, and AI to design visually appealing presentations and content, elevating the overall quality and impact of communication materials.

  • Collaborate with project managers, senior team members, and the design team to develop and maintain efficient communication workflows.

  • Devise and execute content strategies for annual reports, blogs, newsletters, and other communication materials that resonate with different target audiences.

  • Develop persuasive and captivating content that aligns with the organization's mission and values.

 

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Communications, Organisational Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, PGDM or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or Abroad

 

Work Ex: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in monitoring organisation communication, communication management, content creation, and brand development in the development sector or related fields.

 

Skills :

  • Good writing skills with the ability to be the voice of our organization across social media channels and other communication collaterals.

  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and content using various software and tools.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their application across different communication channels.

  • Experience in managing social media platforms and digital communication strategies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams and departments.

  • A working knowledge of email tools (e.g. MailChimp), WordPress, MS Office, social media analytics, etc.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with organizational goals.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to strategize, generate sound ideas and execute well

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Extensive successful writing experience with a variety of print and online media communication.

  • Exceptional fluency in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Assamese or any other language is a bonus.

 

Compensation: Rs 48,400 - 59,401/-
