Job Description
As the HR Executive, you will collaborate with the HR Director to deliver top-notch administrative support to SDS staff. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy management, all aimed at fostering a positive and effective workplace. Your pivotal role involves harmonizing organizational objectives with the well-being of employees.
Your Role and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations: Manage and respond to employee questions, tackle any issues they may have, and cultivate a supportive and constructive workplace atmosphere. Facilitate conflict resolution as needed to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of any revisions. Consistently apply HR policies to ensure compliance

Training and Development: Facilitate the organization of training initiatives aimed at elevating employee skills and knowledge. Recognize and leverage opportunities for the professional development of staff members

Performance Management: Assist the HR Director in executing performance management initiatives, encompassing activities such as goal establishment, assessments, and constructive feedback

Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Generate reports and analytics as needed.

Benefits Administration: Employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the Better Cotton India office.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Advisory Role: Provide HR-related guidance and advice to managers and employees, ensuring a fair and supportive work environment.

Exit Processes: Handle employee exits professionally, conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition.

HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to the HR Director, offering insights and recommendations.

Employee Well-being: Promote employee well-being initiatives, including health and wellness global programs.
Education Qualification: University degree, OR equivalent higher education qualification preferably in Human Resources, Social Sciences, MBA, or a related discipline
Other requirement:

Knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations in India
