Roles & Responsibilities

• Support TRLM field staff and cadres in promotion of community groups like PGs, CLFs and FPOs

• Support development of community cadres through regular capacity building events

• Support the PGs to open bank accounts in scheduled banks

• Support TRLM staff/community cadres for business plan development and business operation of PGs

• Support TRLM field staff/cadres in utilisation of establishment cost and working capital by the PGs

• Collection of information and data as per the need of SDS

• Capacity building of PG leaders, book keepers, and CLF leaders8.  Ensuring installation of BoR in PGs and maintenance of same by the groups

• Ensuring business in the PGs

• Any other work assigned by the reporting officer

Qualifications: Qualification: MA (Rural Development), MSW, MBA or its equivalent (Any discipline) from reputed Institutions.

 

Work Ex: Candidates must have 3 Years of experience in working with Community Institution and Capacity Building (SHG/VO/CLF/PG)

Compensation: Negotiable based on Qualification and Experience
