Job Description: 

  1. Coordination between various stakeholders

  2. FPO registration & business integration

  3. Set up systems & processes of FPO

  4. Providing Training and capacity-building support

  5. Document the best practices & activities of the project

  6. Timely submission of reports

  7. Convergence with various state & central schemes

  8. Leading the team from the front

  9. Coordinate & manage various verticals like Accounts, HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement

  10. Team Management

  11. Conflict Resolution

  12. Branding

  13. Ensuring continuous profitability of the FPO


Compensation: commensurate with the qualification & experience & matching with the prevailing industry standards
