Qualification: PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities: 

​

Minimum 10 years of experience in community institution building (PG and FPO) nurturing and making them vibrant & sustainable. Must have knowledge &
experience in the legal entity & statutory compliance of community institutions. Must have experience in developing systems, guidelines, processes & protocols for community institution building & strengthening. Understanding and experience of rural agri-based livelihood promotion activities with a focus on aggregation models. Preference shall be given to the candidates who have working experience in the NRLM program for a minimum of three years
