SDS has been partnering with a Poultry FPC named: CWPCL (Chhimphei Women Poultry Producer Co.Ltd), which is having membership of more than 300 women, to manage various aspects of Enterprise & Production. CWPCL is Mizoram’s first All Women Poultry FPC, having state of the art Pneumatic, Air Pressure based hatchery. The FPO has been promoted under a World Bank funded Program & current being supported by the state rural livelihood mission.
Job Description

Set up the retail chain of the broiler poultry in Aizawl & nearby cities

Managing the stores & expand the network of the similar stores

Logistics and supply chain management of the raw & semi-processed birds from the villages to the city
-
Help the FPC team set up the systems for the smooth supply

Sales & market development
-
Market intelligence & forecast
-
Market data collection & compilation
-
Generating sale leads & conversion to sales
-
B2B sales development
-
Coordination between various stakeholders
-
FPC business integration
-
Set up systems & processes of marketing in FPCs
-
Convergence with various state & central schemes for export, trade promotion
Qualification: Graduate
Work Ex: Candidates with prior sales experience shall be preferred.
