Qualification: PG-Rural Dev./ MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute in India or abroad.

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities: 

​

Minimum 10 years of experience in working on micro-enterprise and farmer financing programs. Should have Vision and mission building of community
institutions, Business Development Plan preparation, financial projection, financial ratio analysis, Demand Collection Balance, Overdue-PAR analysis. Should have knowledge & experience of working with community-based financial institutions (credit coop societies such as PACS and Federation, etc.) and their
lending product design, system guideline designing working experience of digital payment solutions will be an added advantage. Preference shall be given to the candidates who have working experience in the NRLM program for a minimum of three years,
